Having been through burn out, a chronic illness, food addiction and an eating disorder, these are the areas that I specialise in. If you feel you may be heading for burn out, suffering from the effects of prolonged stress or you have just been diagnosed with a chronic illness then you may want to read the information in the 'Stress, Burn Out & Chronic Illness' page. It gives some information about how to recognise the signs of Burn Out, which is now a recognised medical condition by the World Health Organisation. If not treated it can lead onto a chronic illness.

I help organisations enhance their employee wellbeing through Sophrology, other wellbeing initiatives and wellbeing consultancy work. Organisations are now starting to become much more aware of the need for a wellbeing strategy, wellbeing initiatives, wellbeing education and training, to help keep employees both healthy and happy. It is no longer enough to pay lip service to wellbeing, it now needs to be embedded within the organisation's culture.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development recently reported that nearly 50% of organisations have a wellbeing strategy in place and some companies now have a Wellbeing Director on the Board or as part of their Human Resources department, so advancements are being made. In Harmony also run specific retreats each year to focus on an area that we might want to transform. Over the course of a weekend we journey together as we use Sophrology and other modalities, creativity, nature, mindfulness, etc. to create shifts and transformation from the inside out.
There are usually a lot of 'Ah ha' moments, insights gained, and a feeling of knowing ourselves much better. Along with a lot of letting go, releasing, so that we can begin to step into our highest potential, and start smiling everyday for the shire delight of being alive.
These retreats are always so nourishing as we are joined by like minded woman, ready to embrace and support each other on this journey coming home to ourselves.
